Microsoft Live email Account Update:
Microsoft Live contacted the IT Department this morning and relayed that their team was able to diagnose the systemic issue. However, in order to fix the issue the Microsoft team reset all email accounts for institutions affected by the systemic glitch; this means that your individual password has been reset.
When you log into Outlook Live you will be given an enrollment password. Proceed through the account enrollment page and follow the prompts. Please remember that your previous password IS NO LONGER ACTIVE and you will need to complete the enrollment process to gain access to your account. If you are unable to complete this process, please contact the Crown College IT HELPDesk.
